Organisational change management
Australian Government department
This government department received a significant investment in government funding to enhance and integrate systems and develop new applications to manage risk. The work is complex, made up of multiple priority projects, each delivering change for industry, staff and other stakeholders. The department did not have the resources, capability or capacity to deliver this work.

Our team established and supported Agile ways of working with the client, establishing the foundations for a change management approach for the Program. This included delivering a:
